The Colonial Hills Civic Association

The Colonial Hills Civic Association is sponsoring our traditional Holiday Season Events this December. Mark your calendars, and if you can volunteer please do so!

Luminary Assembly, Sat 12/11  10 am – 1 pm

Please join us at the Selby Park Shelter House to help pack luminary kits – donuts and coffee provided. We have two tons of pea gravel and thousands of bags to pack for our annual luminary display – volunteer help is essential! Luminaries will be lit by residents on Sunday, December 19th at 7 pm. Hot Coco will be served at the Shelter House at that time – all welcome!

Holiday Kids Party, Sun 12/12 3 pm – 5 pm

Join us at the Selby Park Shelter House for our annual kids holiday party. Games, crafts, refreshments and the opportunity to sit on Santa’s lap are part of this Colonial Hills tradition. Bring your holiday spirit and join us for a good time!

Annual Holiday Decorating Contest

Our judges will be out beginning at 7 pm on Thursday, December 16th at 7 pm to select the best decorated Colonial Hills home. Prizes this year are $10 gift certificates from Anthony Thomas Chocolates, 5050 N. High St. Categories include most illuminated (Griswold award), Most Artistic, Most Original, Best Overall Home (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and Best Front Door (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

Founded in 1942, we represent the 740 homes in the Colonial Hills subdivision of Worthington, Ohio. We plan events and promote our excellent neighborhood.
